Now is a great time to get back to church!!!

It happens.

Summer break. Family vacations. Days spent on the beach, at the lake, in garden, or just at home enjoying abundant sunshine and warmer temperatures.

It’s easy to get out of the rhythm of spending Sunday mornings worshiping with friends.

With the start of September comes the end of summer. Kids and grandkids are back in school. Labor Day weekend is in the rear-view mirror. Seasonal changes are all around us.

So, whether you just missed a few Sundays here and there, or maybe those few Sundays turned into a few more, or maybe you haven’t been to church for months… or even years… this is a fantastic time to bring that rhythm back into your life! In fact, at Salem FFC, we’re even starting a new four-part sermon series on Sept. 8th that will revisit the value of the “four tables” we’ve chosen as the model for growing as a Christian. We’ll be taking a fresh look at the importance of each of these parts of discipleship through examples we find in Scripture. We believe that by linking these things together—a personal devotional life, support from a few close friends, worship and service within a wider church community, and an eye for God’s ongoing mission in the world around us—we grow into the kind of individuals and the kind of community that God desires for us to be.

We’d love to have you join us on Sunday!!!
